TheAugmenter.com is operated by AI PLUS TRAINING SRL, a company registered in Romania (“AI PLUS TRAINING”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

We respect your privacy and aim to process personal data transparently, proportionately and only for clearly defined purposes.

When you visit TheAugmenter.com, technical information may be processed as necessary to deliver, maintain and secure the website. This may include IP address, browser and device information, request and security data and similar technical information.

If you subscribe to The Augmenter Letter, we process your email address, subscription status, subscription date and information necessary to manage delivery and unsubscribe requests.

If you use the Contact form, we process the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company or organization, role, subject, reason for contacting us and the content of your message.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in the Contact form unless it is genuinely necessary for your enquiry.

3. Why we process personal data

We process website and security information where necessary to operate, protect and maintain TheAugmenter.com and its engagement infrastructure.

We process Contact enquiries in order to respond to you, understand the professional or business matter you would like to discuss and manage the resulting conversation.

Where an enquiry concerns steps requested by you before entering into a potential contractual relationship, processing may be necessary to take those pre-contractual steps.

For other professional enquiries, including speaking, media, research or collaboration requests, we may rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with people and organizations that contact us and managing legitimate professional relationships.

We process your email address for The Augmenter Letter on the basis of your consent.

4. The Augmenter Letter

Subscribing to The Augmenter Letter is voluntary.

A newsletter subscription does not automatically create a CRM sales relationship, and submitting a Contact enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to The Augmenter Letter.

We do not infer newsletter consent from another interaction with us.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in our emails.

After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information where necessary to ensure that your preference continues to be respected and to demonstrate compliance with applicable requirements.

5. Contact enquiries

Information submitted through the Contact form is used to respond to and manage your enquiry.

Submission of the Contact form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Contact enquiries and newsletter subscriptions are separate processing activities.

6. Service providers

We use specialized service providers to operate TheAugmenter.com and its engagement infrastructure.

OpenAI hosts and operates the ChatGPT Sites environment used for TheAugmenter.com and may process technical and hosted data as necessary to provide that service.

Odoo S.A. provides the engagement infrastructure used for newsletter subscriptions, Contact forms, Email Marketing and CRM.

Cloudflare provides Cloudflare Turnstile and related security technology used to protect engagement forms against automated abuse.

These providers process information according to their respective roles, contractual arrangements and applicable data-protection obligations.

7. Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and protect our forms from spam and abuse.

Turnstile may process browser and security signals necessary to perform this function.

We do not use Turnstile for advertising or behavioural profiling.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our current launch configuration does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics trackers.

The website and engagement infrastructure use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies for security, session continuity and functional preferences.

We will reassess our consent architecture before enabling optional analytics, marketing or other non-essential tracking technologies.

9. How long we keep personal data

Newsletter subscription data is generally retained while your subscription remains active. Following an unsubscribe request, limited suppression information may be retained where necessary to ensure that your preference continues to be respected.

Contact enquiries that do not result in an ongoing professional or commercial relationship are periodically reviewed and deleted when they are no longer reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

Where a professional, contractual or commercial relationship develops, information may be retained for the duration of that relationship and afterwards where required for legitimate business, legal, accounting or compliance purposes.

Technical and security data may be retained according to the operational and security requirements of the relevant infrastructure providers.

Some of our service providers may process personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area.

12. Automated decision-making

We do not currently use personal data collected through TheAugmenter.com to make decisions about individuals based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, technology or legal obligations change.

The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
