Sebastian Straciug's current work focuses on Augmented Leadership and organizational augmentation: how leaders and organizations must change when intelligence is no longer exclusively human. It connects human judgment, decision-making, Decision Rights and AI governance with the design of Augmented Organizations.
He is the creator of The Augmenter Framework, a Human × AI architecture for redesigning leadership, decision-making, work and organizations. He is also the founder of AugmenterOS, the technology platform being built to operationalize parts of that architecture, and the author of the forthcoming book The Augmented Leader.
The Augmenter is the intellectual umbrella for Sebastian’s work on Augmented Leadership, Human × AI and organizational augmentation.
Professional foundation
Sebastian’s professional foundation connects technology, entrepreneurship, management and leadership education. He holds a degree in Computer Science, and his professional background includes software development and IT consulting. He founded his first company in 2004.
He later completed a master's degree in Project Management at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), with a dissertation focused on Risk Management. This combination of technology and management continues to shape his interest in how organizations make decisions under uncertainty.

Master's degree in Project Management, with dissertation work focused on Risk Management.
Leadership & education
Sebastian joined the John Maxwell Team in late 2013 and became a Certified Trainer, Speaker and Coach in January 2014. His paid and free training and educational programs have reached more than 11,000 unique participants. This work forms part of a longer professional focus on how people learn, lead, decide and develop.

The Augmenter Framework
Sebastian is the creator of The Augmenter Framework, a Human × AI architecture for redesigning leadership, decision-making, work and organizations. The Framework is being developed and refined through research, executive conversations, organizational work and technology development.
AugmenterOS
The technology platform being built to operationalize parts of the Human × AI architecture. It is currently in development and validation.
The Augmented Leader
The forthcoming book on human judgment, artificial intelligence and the new architecture of leadership.
